The location was fantastic and so central. I found the staff very helpful, always cute me whenever I entered or left. The room was clean every day. It. The lift worked perfectly, GREAT with my luggage.

The location IS superb, near many excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel's proximity to major attractions made exploration very easy. I walked to the Louvre within ten minutes. Public transport options are nearby, including buses and the metro.

the location was excellent. i walked to the louvre and many restaurants from there! the staff was also really friendly. they held my luggage before check-in and even brought it to my room!

i found the room to be quite noisy. i was also disappointed that the hotel could not address the fact that the rooms, though paid for at the same price, differed significantly in size and amenities. this lack of consistency is not what i expect.

The location was convenient, about ten minutes from the Louvre. The room included a coffee machine (a great amenity!). The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.
The elevator was small. It couldn't fit luggage, so I had to make separate trips. My room had no English channels on the TV. The shower was tiny (I could barely stand up in it).
